Select Conferencing is a leading provider of audio and web conferencing services. We have developed this site, currently located at www.Select Conferencing.com (the “Select Conferencing Site“), to provide you with information about our services as well as to provide a means to access these services. We understand your need for privacy when using the Internet for your communication. This policy governs Select Conferencing practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of user information collected through the Select Conferencing Site. NOTE: This policy does NOT govern Select Conferencing practices with respect to information collected when registering for the Select Conferencing services, during participation in meetings, and following a conference (e.g. surveys). Such information is governed by the privacy policies (if any) of the applicable meeting organizer.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USAGE. Personal Information. We will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you (“Personal Information“) when, among other things, you register on the Select Conferencing Site, use one of our services, fill out a survey, make a request for information, or enter a sweepstakes or contest through the Select Conferencing Site. We will use the Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances to operate the Select Conferencing Site, to provision, deliver, bill and collect for services as well as provide information that you request from the Select Conferencing Site.
Occasionally, we may use third parties to provide services for us, such as processing payments, sending email, hosting websites, or performing statistical analysis of our services and the Select Conferencing Site. These third parties are provided only the information necessary to perform their services and may use that information only for the limited purpose of performing those services.
CHOICE. You may “opt out” of receiving informational or promotional communications from us by following the instructions included in those informational or promotional communications. When you register to use any of the services offered by Select Conferencing, Select Conferencing will send you a confirmation of your registration showing the Personal Information that we obtained from your registration. Also, as reasonably practicable, we will take steps to give you the opportunity to confirm and/or modify your Personal Information.
SECURITY. The Personal Information that we collect from you is stored in operating environments that are not available to the general public and are protected using commercially reasonable security measures. In the case of credit card numbers and other financial information, your Personal Information is encrypted for even greater protection. Unfortunately, no security measures are perfectly reliable or totally secure and Select Conferencing is not responsible or liable for any unauthorized or illegal access to Personal Information, unless it was the direct result of negligence or intentional misconduct on our part. However, the other sites that you may access through the Select Conferencing Site may have different security practices and you should familiarize yourself with those practices.
We are not responsible for the confidentiality and security of the password issued to you by Select Conferencing. If you lose control over your password the security of your account may be compromised and you could lose control over your Personal Information. You should take care to keep your password secure and confidential. If you believe your password has been compromised, you should immediately contact us to change your password.

When you use Select Conferencing conference or meeting services any personally identifiable information you submit may be heard, seen, read, collected, or used by the meeting organizer and other meeting participants. When an attendee or participant registers, calls in, or logs on to a conference or other service hosted by Select Conferencing, that information is provided to the organizer, host, or administrator of the conference. Any communication or information transmitted using Select Conferencing services during a conference, meeting, or webinar, such as voice, instant messages, or presentations, are available to and may be used and recorded by the organizer, host, or administrator, as well as other conference participants. This information and information that is provided by the organizer, host, or administrator of a Select Conferencing audio or web conference or other Select Conferencing service, such as invitee lists, attendee logs, and conference subject matter information (collectively, “Conference Information”) is considered the information of the Select Conferencing customer purchasing the Select Conferencing service.
